The economy is in it’s ninth year of steady recovery. Trump, of course, is taking credit for this in his usual, understated, rigorously honest way: "In many ways this is the greatest economy in the HISTORY of America….” Unfortunately, that is working for him.

This is all the more dangerous given that economic concerns were part of what got him elected. Yes, that was along with racism, James Comey, Vladimir Putin, nativism, and misogyny, but it was in the mix in an extraordinarily close election. While the degree might change from election to election, it’s always “the economy, stupid.” Ignoring that could evaporate the blue wave. Democrats must come together and daily if not hourly proclaim that this is Obama’s economy – because it is.

Trumps doing everything he can to F it up ...

Trillion dollar budgets
Tariffs on our friends and neighbors

We haven't had as many blacks unemployed any time.

He's such a racist, better replace him.

So when does it become Trump’s?

Based on observable history, the first TWO years of an economy plunge or surge, belongs to the previous administration....The latter 2 years' credit or blame belong to the current administration.

How about you back up your assertion with some links?
Because it surely is strange that we had a shit economy under barry for eight years only to have it explode under Trump.

Trump cut huge amounts of regulations immediately. That's where the benefits started.

The rest is just Naz making up his usual bullshit.

Obama had an economy that was in a recession and coming out of a recession. It was anemic the entire 8 years of his presidency and was gifted with near 0% rates from the Fed Reserve the entire 8 years. Trump won the election in a electoral landslide. Trump then proceeded to erase 100's of Obama's economic regulations that was stifling the recovering economy to where we have a robust economy. He then gave businesses tax breaks which was long overdue. Money was brought back from overseas. The Fed Reserve is back to raising the rates and the economy is strong.
I'm willing to let you liberals ride on Trumps coat tails with the recovery. Say what you will, and if you want to take credit for it, go ahead if it helps you sleep at night

For the left, never. Remember, no matter how many years into the Obama administration any bad economic news was Bush's fault.

Facts may make your daily orange kool-aid taste a bit more bitter
