That is why he left the Repubs...he did not like those things....and he did not join the Dems because he does not like those things.

Understandable, the Democrats get their way and advance to the left. The moderate Democrats become Republicans which shifts the GOP leftward towards the new center. The remaining Democrats get nuttier and the cycle repeats itself.
