-If the case were strong, it would not have taken three years to bring it.

-No showing that the state has a compelling interest in trying Trump that won't be served by Trump's federal indictments.

-To bring a case against a former president, it is not enough to convince a handful of members of the grand jury, the nation must be convinced.

-Most of of the overt acts cited in the indictment as supposed elements of crime consist of political speech, such as tweets and press releases, all completely protected by the First Amendment.
