It's true as of yet, the Democrats don't have Mulveny, don't have Bolton, don't have Rick Perry, don't have the VP or the President, or the National Security council's Deputy Director nor, the OMB Deputy Director etc, nor any of the evidence they subpoenaed... they don't even have the full transcript of the 2 calls, one of them put in to a SCIF level above Top Secret vault.... Nor Giuliani, and the two goons, Igor and Lev.... all the first hand evidence and first hand witnesses that could shed some light...

HOWEVER

THE PRESIDENT has illegally stopped all of those witnesses from testifying and has not turned over a single shred of evidence subpoenaed....

Kind of hard for your side to complain about Congress not having first hand witnesses when it is the president preventing their appearances....

There are 2 first hand witnesses this week coming up though, Amb Sondland is one... on Wednesday....

Yep the guys with the first hand knowledge are under subpoena to testify. With all their yammering about fair process and all, why are the Republicans supporting such Obstruction of Congress. Don't they want to get to the truth of the matter?

Of course each of these people did testify as to their own first hand knowledge.
Sometimes it was reporting what their conversations with other people were.
Sometimes- like in Taylor's new evidence about the call Sondland had with Trump in the Restaurant, leads to testimony by other people.

If Republicans are so adamant that they want people with first hand knowledge of Trump's actions testifying- they they should give Pompeo and Mulvaney in there to testify.

Or as Nancy suggested- let Trump come set the record straight.
