Death Penalty May Be Ruled Unconstitutional In Texas

If they do it, it would be about damn time that they did. If the system screws up and executes one wrongfully convicted person it needs to be permanently scrapped altogether because the death penalty is not about having a higher execution rate of the guilty its supposed to be about executing the guilty period and if it isn't established beyond reasonable doubt that a person is guilty it should not be used, not to mention that Republitards are the biggest hypocrites in this regard because they want "government" out of people lives but not when it comes to the death penalty.

See what happened in Iliinois, all the people that were exonerated? They don't give a shit about justice, just convictions at any cost. I'm currently reading a book entitled "Court room 302" by Steve Bogira. It is a real life view of the criminal court system in Chicagos Cook County. It is a conviction machine, to hell with justice. More convictions by way of back room deals with PDs so prosecutors can move up the food ladder to judgeship etc. Justice =Just us.
