No, it's not. If your so called rise, is never outside the error bars then the whole thing is completely fictitious. The one thing that is certain, based on EMPIRICAL data, and not this computer generated fiction, is the temps are static. And have been so for almost two decades now. There are some data sets (the local ones primarily) that a cooling trend developing over the last decade or so. The only place where the meme of inexorable rise in temps exists is within the fevered imaginations of the computer generated fiction that is modern day climate science.
