One of the most sensitive issues during the negotiations, Iran's research and development work, will also be limited.
"Iran has agreed to not conduct research and development associated with uranium enrichment at Fordow for 15 years," the U.S. fact sheet said. It also noted that Iran will remove the 1,000 more advanced second-generation centrifuges currently installed at Natanz and place them in International Atomic Energy Agency-monitored storage for ten years.
Iran will gradually receive relief from U.S. and European Union nuclear sanctions as it demonstrates compliance with the future comprehensive agreement, which Iran and the powers aim to conclude by June 30. Some U.N. Security Council sanctions would be gradually lifted, though others would remain in place, specifically those relating to proliferation.
Failure to comply with terms of the deal will cause the U.S. and EU sanctions to "snap back into place", the U.S. fact sheet said. It was less specific on U.N. sanctions, one of the main sticking points in the negotiations, saying only that could be reimposed in the event of Iranian non-compliance.

LOL, I hope that you don't think that I am an "Obamacare" apologist. If so, you are wrong. Secondly, this is not a bilateral agreement with Iran, there are five other countries who's geographic locations are a lot closer to Iran than Ours. In my opinion, the only people who have to "worry" about this deal are the oil companies (I think Iran is slated to put 1 million barrels of oil into the market) , the Israel lobby, and the war merchants and their minions.You mean we should read it before it's signed into law? Remember that "drill here , drill now!" bullshit (that I fell for too) , where they stated that the influx of our oil into the marketplace will cause gas prices to drop? Isn't it funny that now that the prices dropped, the oil companies are suddenly "hurting" because of low oil prices?

I'd rather trade with them and normalize (as much as can be achieved) relations with them than be at a constant "cold war" and possible "war" footing with them. I want them to open their society so their people can see that we are NOT the great satan their religious leaders claim that we are. I see the same thing hopefully happening with Cuba and the Cuban people. This is a step in the right direction, the other way has sucked for many decades.
