My Mom died in 2009 and is probably still registered, but that doesn't mean she, or anyone in her name, casts a vote. As for Colorado, in a more recent article than the one you posted, I believe I read about 7 fraudulent votes. FYI, IMHO 7 votes anywhere is 7 too many and I condemn any dirtbag who abuses voting privileges.
