Actually, Denmark is a great place to live in, still. If a country procures more than 50% from the wages of working class citizens, it usually IS a Socialist country. Socialists survive by sucking the life out of other people. They are a zit on the face of this planet, because after a while, the only privileged people are government employee/recipients of the surplus money. Everybody else gives, the government folk take from the workers whose pockets are being picked for jobs that are handed down, generation after generation, to the families already swimming in the government money.
I was very favorably impressed by Denmark and its lovely port at Copenhagen. If you live there, you're right to continue governance extraneous of anyone else's ways. The people there are excellent diplomats in areas where tourists visit, and seeing the way people care for their gardens is experiencing beauty of the soul of the people who live in that country. But the taxes are pretty high, from what I've heard. Apparently, the people don't mind.Actually, Denmark is a great place to live in, still. If a country procures more than 50% from the wages of working class citizens, it usually IS a Socialist country. In order to avoid being socialist, we would have to copy your model and nobody here wants that.
It is really a disgrace that Americans always try to enforce their system on others. It is not working here. Lowering employment protection would not make it easier to get a job, for example, and tax cuts for companies do not create a single job.
We have mostly high taxes in Europe and people don´t like it but that doesn´t mean the money is just wasted. The taxes come along with government benefits that cover various fields, for example. If the taxes were lower, the governments would just run out of money. So most accept it. Additionally, the stance towards the government is another in Europe. It is not seen as a necessary evil.I was very favorably impressed by Denmark and its lovely port at Copenhagen. Who is forcing Denmark to be more like the US? And why does the Danish PM claim they are not socialist though you say they are? Why are you so confused and wrong?Actually, Denmark is a great place to live in, still.

I didn´t say that. In fact, your entitlements make your country socialist, instead. It is because we have a different understanding of the term Socialism.Who is forcing Denmark to be more like the US? And why does the Danish PM claim they are not socialist though you say they are? You actually did say, "It is really a disgrace that Americans always try to enforce their system on others".I didn´t say that. In fact, your entitlements make your country socialist, instead. It is because we have a different understanding of the term Socialism.
You started with turning Germany into a federal state. You actually did say, "It is really a disgrace that Americans always try to enforce their system on others".I didn´t say that. I dd not invent that comment. And yes we are socialist to a degree, unfortunately, and the battle is always about limiting
the growth of socialism or expanding it.
The idea of suddenly expanding the welfare state here is not very popular so I doubt we will be enforcing our system on anyone else. Not even Greenland.
We aren't able to turn Denmark into whatever sort of state you think we want. You started with turning Germany into a federal state.
If you want to be capitalist, socialist, theocratic, or whatever, so be it. But I demand the same right.
That's your right as a sovereign nation, but the "dollars" you give to Government dont go where you expect. If the taxes were lower, the governments would just run out of money. So most accept it
"Socialist shithole Denmark" has the highest standard of living in the whole wide world.Did they give a tour of their cremation oven complex?
