But here's the thing, when you require the PD's to send cops to schools, they are going to send their underperformers like Scot Petersen in Florida.

Funny you should mention that. I've done resumes for armored car guards... and most of them couldn't wait to get out of that line of work. The guns they are issued are usually in poor condition and the pay is awful.
