The recommended intake ofpotassium for adolescents and adults is 4,700 mg/day. Recommended intakes for potassium for children 1 to 3 years of age is 3,000 mg/day, 4 to 8 years of age is 3,800 mg/day, and 9 to 13 years of age is 4,500 mg/day.Potassium should come from food sources.

Ok, what the fuck? Put it this way. One banana has between 350 and 400mg of potassium.

I had bought potassium pills, which recommends one pill per day. That one pill, of potassium, is less than 100mg. Waste of money. Not even sure what the point is with that.

If you get the 4700 per day, tell me how the hell you do that. How do you do that without consuming thousands of calories?
