I thought she had already been charged, so I looked it up and found this:

Her 'attorney" ( I write it that way because he is being investigated by the Bar for practicing without a license) is asking that the murder charges be dropped.

WHY?

Because the hospital (with consent from family) removed her victim from life support 10 days after the stabbing, since he fell into a come he would not emerge from. Her 'attorney' reasons that the proximate cause of his death was removal from life support. So therefore Crystal Magnum did not commit murder, only assault! OMG I really needed a laugh tonight.
