Christopher Cantwell was arrested after August's "Unite the Right" rally. Cantwell, who was featured in a Vice News documentary about the demonstrations, became known as the "crying Nazi" after posting an emotional video when an warrant was issued for his arrest.

On Friday, he pleaded guilty to two counts of assault and battery stemming from his dispersal of pepper spray near the University of Virginia rotunda on Aug. 11, the Albemarle Commonwealth's Attorney's Office said in a statement.

The 37-year-old from Keene, New Hampshire, was sentenced to two concurrent terms of 12 months, with all but seven months suspended, freeing him from detention. However, he was required to leave Virginia within eight hours and not return for five years.​

A.) The U.S.A Founding Fathers were for a White nation, as their immigration act, the Naturalization Act of 1790 specifically stated that "Only free Whites of good character were to become U.S.A citizens"

B.) The U.S.A Founding Fathers weren't really Fascists, Capitalists, nor Communists, considering all those things were invented after their time.
However, the U.S.A Founding Fathers were for regulating corporations kind of like you know Fascists, in early America they regulated Corporations with charters that could be revoked, and would only last 20 - 30 years, corporations could only deal in one commodity, couldn't buy each other out, and couldn't make U.S.A campaign contributions for politicians.

C.) Thomas Jefferson was even against a standing army at least at first, while that might have been sort of extreme, the Founding Fathers in general were war isolationists.
