The man is reportedly known to police as a “drug-dealer who’s been abusive toward others,” according to TMJ4, and was reportedly upset about some aspect of the service he had received.

Oh and the woman he assaulted was treated at a hospital for a concussion.

The guy was wearing a name tag so he must be employed locally. Looks like he might be employed at a nearby hospital or clinic (where he has access to drugs). He should be easy to find.
