Now show me in the constitution where it says a corporation has any rights, let alone the same rights as a citizen/person. Also, show me in the constitution where it says that spending is speech.
 
This country was not set up by our founders to protect the India companies freedom to buy out the colonial news papers.

Congress shall make no law abridging the Freedom of speech....seems clear as day.
 
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.


Now ask yourself why they did not say corporations in genral if that was the intent?
