This is a purgatory-parody inspired by Dogma.

It references John Constantine (DC Comics) and the Biblical mysterious Woman of Babylon (sometimes called the 'Whore/Harlot of Babylon').

John Constantine came down from heaven with his magical angel-crossbow to search for the enigmatic Woman of Babylon who had surfaced from the netherworld and rode atop an invisible dragon, drawing men towards the temptations of the modern world and generally making all kinds of trouble for Constantine and the angels of heaven. This Whore of Babylon was very beautiful and ironically very clean physically, but her mind was very calculating, rendering her as quite dangerous. However, Constantine knew that this woman had something special to say, something more than just "Sin is in." That's what drew Constantine towards her.

CONSTANTINE: I've searched far-and-wide for you!
WOMAN: So...you found me.
CONSTANTINE: Right. What's your scheme?
WOMAN: I'm just a messenger, Constantine.
CONSTANTINE: So you know who I am.
WOMAN: Who doesn't?
CONSTANTINE: That's clever. You seem...dangerous.
WOMAN: Men are wicked; they assume women are play-things.
CONSTANTINE: That's an eccentric assumption, no?
WOMAN: Yes! Do you have a scheme?
CONSTANTINE: I intend to use comic books to praise democracy.
WOMAN: I see...Captain America and Spider Woman (Marvel Comics?
CONSTANTINE: Precisely. I want to write about you...
WOMAN: Proceed...and good luck!

After this interesting exchange, Constantine concluded that the mysterious and enigmatic Woman of Babylon was indeed some kind of 'messenger' here on Earth to tell people about the metaphysical value of meditating on the multi-dimensional features of sin itself. Constantine knew about the Christian 7 Deadly Sins, but the Woman of Babylon was referring to generic sin and of course Original Sin. Constantine resolved to re-present the Woman of Babylon as the comic book anti-heroine Talia al Ghul (DC Comics), daughter of eco-terrorist/fascist Ra's al Gul and female leader of the terrorist organization known as 'Leviathan.' Constantine decided to use comic book storytelling to argue that Talia (like the Woman of Babylon) was a gender-symbol of modern political sarcasm.

GOD: Constantine is very idealistic!
SATAN: Perhaps Talia al Ghul is indeed a cure to sarcasm.
GOD: There's no reason to call a woman a 'whore' without sufficient cause.
SATAN: What's sufficient cause?
GOD: That's a terrific question; the answer has to do with privacy/discretion.
SATAN: I understand what you're implying --- storytellers can be 'forgiving.'
GOD: You can't fight evil with evil, Satan!
SATAN: I hope you're right, since America's elected a casino-baron as President.
GOD: Capitalism is not a gambler's exercise...
SATAN: Maybe; I'm going to watch Brewster's Millions on Netflix.
GOD: Donald Trump will save the world.
SATAN: That's what they said about the Internet.
GOD: It's never too late...let's see what Constantine does.
