Apparently Guyger thought Jean was in HER apartment but, tragically it was not her apartment it was Jean's. She screwed up and shot him and it was a tragic accident. I feel for Jean's parents and don't blame them for being upset however that is why justice is supposed to be blind. This can only be manslaughter and yes, Guyger should go down for that.
