The real problem is the undercurrent of bigotry toward Muslims that is behind all of this. Otherwise all this effort to make Obama a Muslim would be pointless.

Actually what I am reading from some attorney comments on other websites tonight is that if he was ineligible to begin with then you can't impeach him because it would have been a usurpation or he was never the president in the first place. He could be removed immediately without a impeachment process. I don't know how the line of succession would go though. I doubt Biden because he would have been on a illegal ticket. I just don't know.
