The Democrats are trying to pass a resolution stating that until some committee is satisfied that Trump has released every detail of his tax returns, his name can not be on the ballot in certain states in 2020.
Trump could be left off some states’ ballots in 2020 if these bills become law

A resolution by the Federal Congress telling States that they cannot include the President of the United States on their ballots is a states rights issue?

Really?

So, there were how many states that went to the GOP and how many to the Democrats?

If every red state decided to keep every Democrat off the Presidential ballots, you'd be okay with that?

Shall we keep the Democrats off the presidential election ballot by state?

First off, they’re not “keeping Trump off the ballot”. They’re requiring that on order to BE on the ballot, you have to release your federal income tax returns to be on the ballot.

Trump releases his tax returns and there’s no problem. He promised to Dothan as donnas the audit was complete. If he doesn’t, no dice.

Either Congressionally or through the states,no one will be allowed to run for President without releasing their tax returns ever again.

First, there is no legal requirement to show your taxes, even if you are running for President. The right to privacy extends to the occupant of that office as well as the rest of us. So, passing a federal mandate to the STATES to withhold a sitting President's ballot violates States rights AND his rights.

I'll tell you what, the next Democrat nominee had best be ready to release home videos of his or her sex life, all sealed court transcripts, and provide evidence they are NOT on the Congressional list of people who have used government funds to pay off sexual allegations.

Otherwise, no dice.

This entire fiasco shows just how afraid of Trump the left really is.

They need to allow illegals to vote.
They need to give foreign nationals Citizen rights.
They represent foreign nationals over American citizens.
They ensure that illegals voting in our elections won't be prosecuted.
They need to eliminate the EC because they can't win using a system that has worked for 240+ years.
