Computer screen freezes on restarting

I had HP business team run all the hard drive and memory checks and zero !!
We even erased the bios

I don’t think I created the flash drive wrong as it took me 4 hours on late Sat night

It has to be the MB ??

Hp is coming out M-T to fix the main pos

The back office is far worse and more complex
. Hp wanted for me to make a new flash re image disk . No way I did it wrong and I am not doing it again . I think I am just going to lie and say I did and demand a new computer soon

invite normal specialists, not fools who cannot find a mistake
they should do:
- a copy of all your files, including applications.
- they start your computer from their own disk. Show you all your files you want to keep
- full disc format.

- restoring the operating system. you have to buy it.
- other ..

The only positive was I started to get more familiar with my new software

But seriously, newer HP's are built for limited span
just like iphones.

The older ones work for decades.
I hear the older Windows versions like xp,
are a preference in defense and other industries.

It only freezes when I have to perform a restart or a shutdown
Then I have to do a physical cold reboot with the power button
