It is end of life counseling for people who will end up unable to tell their faimlies what they want done in that situation.
It is all the choice of the person to say what the answers are. If your only family member is some who would just unplug you then you can stipulate you want ALL heroic measures done.
You see if you dont trust this EOL thing then just fill out that you want EVERY heroic measure done, its your choice.
Right now we have too few drs.
