This is the deal, today's news media is all about RATINGS......They find a blogged headline and run the hell with it. They don't do real investigative journalism with foot soldiers on the ground, its about a headlined Blog that's getting attention on the internet. I refuse to dismiss the media, we need the media more today than ever and without them, this intire country would go to shits. The problem is we have choices, if your conservative you have a outlet to turn to, Liberal, a news outlet to turn too...and with that comes marginalization. You limit yourself. What we need is honest news, unbias, uninhibited and free from corporate dollars. I would love to turn to PBS, but its a effin snooze fest....that's how jaded we've all become with a 24 hour news cycle. I grew up with Rather and Concrite and learned....today, I learn nothing, because every event has a bias twist it.
