I saw an expert on tv this morning that said if McConnel and the Republicans somehow get a Justice appointed before the election, if the Democrats take back both parts of Congress, and can win the Presidential election in 2020, they could just change the number of Justices to 10 or 11 and appoint 2 liberal judges to take back the power of the Supreme Court.

Sure they can

They can. The number of judges has been changed like 8 times. There is no set number in the Constitution.

So Trump can appoint 4 more justices? Now?

No because they don't have enough of a lead in the Senate.
