Why in the world would it give such an ultimatum to the United States?

1. Does it expect our nominal President (actually his handlers) to back down and thus show to the world that this country is a paper tiger?

2. Would it actually shoot down the plane of a relative nobody like Nancy, thus forcing the States to take retaliatory action? (Such as closing all Chinese restaurants in this country for a week?)

3. Does it plan to use her visit as the excuse it's been seeking to start the invasion of the island?

Seems that the US is the only country on earth that says you can take out a loan and the loan company is guilty for asking for it back. China won't play that game.
