Donald Trump has done a great thing for the forgotten American worker by standing-up to unfair trade practices by China. They need our market to sell their products. We have no access to their markets. Fuck China!
China hits back at Donald Trump's tariffs as trade war finally arrives

What was shortsighted was our policies that began back in the 1980’s. Action RIGHT NOW is required and it is not “short sighted.”

Yes they do. After this spending Bill though, I'm not so sure... China is paying for this, another $500B borrowed I suppose, $1T added to the debt.

It's shortsighted to pretend "fuk dem guys!" is a trade policy. China's economy probably does need ours more than vice versa, but "We have no access to their markets" is not true, and our agricultural sector stands to take a painful hit in any trade war.

Good morning...China just hit back...they will impose tariffs on 128 american products. :)
Oh! and expect that those tariffs that the US will pose on chinese goods, that Americans will pay for them too. Trump the dumbo did it again.

Alright, a perfect time for the U.S to look for similar products from other low wage nations. Also, encourage manufactireing plants to move to places like Vietnam.

It's not going to be without some pain or inconvenience, but better to deal with them now than to wait for China to be even stronger bolder and more direct with their war tactics, hacking and otherwise.

How many products do we sell in China? How many Chinese goods are sold at big box retailers? Fuck China. They need us more than we need them.

Remember that tax cut you got and the extra take home money, well it and more are now gone to pay for the increase in prices across the board.

How the hell does that help the American worker, since that is claimed purpose for the tariffs?
