The minimum wage in China (controlled by the provinces) rose on average above 20% last wide nationwide and further increases are expected this year.
China to raise minimum wage level in 2011 - People's Daily Online

The continued pressure of labor costs in the Peoples Republic should increase the costs of doing buisness in China. To keep the worker satisified they will have to continue to raise wages over the next decade or so to keep pace with rising costs of products. The worker will want more and more modern amenities producing more pressure. Eventually the cost of production may swing back to the US and bring jobs back. Hopefully.
