The Uyghurs constitute a problem in China. There live 10 million in China.
Absorbing 10 million people is achievable, Germany has absorbed 16 Million East-Germany plus another Millions of so-called Russian-Germans in recent years.
Turkey controls all rivers that are relevant for this region, also Anatolia is very fertile and suitable for agriculture. We could feed 200 Million people in Anatolia.
It would be an economical challenge to integrate 10 million more people into society, but China has enough money. China and Turkey could initiate an emigration-programme, I think China would co-finance such project,
because China gains stability in Xianjin region after Uyghurs have been relocated. A region where oil and natural gas pipelines from Central Asia to China arrive.
