With the 24/7 shooting crisis in Chicago, does anyone actually think that anyone wants to be on that construction site with bullets coming from all directions? And even if they attempt to build the planned 200 sq foot library, how long before stray bullets hit the concrete? and maybe even the windows. Anyone wonder if they just might change plans and build this 200/300 sq ft Obama library someplace much more safer like Detroit or Baltimore?
