You could also say that people are working themselves to death. It's capitalist heaven. Employees so desperate to keep their heads above water that they will drag themselves out of their sickbed to flip them burgers. I know i like my Walmart cashiers feverish and contagious. Public health advocates have long been urging employers to give sick days to employees with flu to slow the spread of this dangerous illness.
