Can't get the "BOLD" "FONT SIZE" or "FONT COLOR" features to work

I can't wrap a sentence in quote box?

anyone know where or how to do that now?

Yes, on your toolbar click on the 17th item from the left, and a box will come up, and "quote" is one of the options.

wow, it was a little easier before. no offense to the board but I'm going to whine about it.....
