Well, it does appear (based on the video) that Obama said he was against tracking individuals who are not suspected of a crime (in 2007) yet ended up willfully overseeing an NSA who tracked EVERYONE in the USA on a very intimate, personal level regardless of criminal status.

Suppose this could fall into the category of "lying"... right?
