And so it begins. From #1 to #7. In already manipulated and disingenuous global surveys which are designed to support socialist states, even the global socialists couldn't hide the facts that some of us have been telling various levels of governments for years (a decade plus for me).

I blame the covert TPS, OPP and RCMP and their nepotism for this. Along with governments at all levels not having the courage to confront these agencies and protect our Charter of Rights and Freedoms. Our governments have been living on debt alone in Ontario, with little to show for it in terms of innovation, liberty or capitalism, while our best talent leave.

I've always said, I'm just the Messenger.

Canada's overall score declined by 3.5 points, from 82.8 to 79.2, with the largest drop (2.9 points) in perceptions of its government.

"Canada's reputation is still strong, but the drop correlates with a decline in perceptions of effective government and a lessening of the belief that Canada has an advanced economy that can compete on a global scale," said Stephen Hahn-Griffiths, Chief Reputation Officer at the Reputation Institute. "Not only did the reputation of Canada fall among the general population who reside in other leading economies, but it also fell amongst Canadians."

Trudeau. That's all I have to say on Canuckland.

We have been slipping for decades. Same with our biggest cities and "economic engines."

We used to lose our best doctors and surgeons in the 1990s, now we lose our best innovators, ambitious entrepreneurs and high performers. This is the result of an unaccountable kakistocracy and covert police state that like them young and likes them poor. All so their low performing kids can get a plush government job as they did.

That is correct. Canada, though independent is still very much influenced by GBR. They jumped the shark a very long time ago. One can expect no less of their vassal states.

Probably because you’ve become too much like your imperialist neighbor.

That can't be it, or our Charter of Rights would have some value and relevance as your Constitution does.

That’s the thing, our Constitution has become mostly irrelevant.

You have to juxtapose your "irrelevance" to ours. Ask the average Canadian what their Charter of Rights protects, 99.5% won't have a clue. This is by design, our police agencies like a dumb, docile population that believes Big Government is always right and will never lie in protecting their interests...

Government here also loves the ignorant. While many Americans are familiar with the Bill of Rights, most are unaware that our criminal government has violated just about all 10 and does so every day.

When we are told we must house the Empire’s troops in our homes, it will be far too late to change course.

Come on now, let's not overdue it. Even I wouldn't go that far and I live in a socialist country.

I was impressed to know that Americna lawyers have to do a certain % of their work Pro Bono, this alone places you light years ahead of us. Canada has the worst Access to Justice rating in all of the G20. You might be surprised to know America is more progressive than Canada in areas that are worth being progressive in.

You're also FAR more critical and skeptical about organizations and peoples motives. That's important, as if you're not, certain apparatuses and agents will push a narrative and you'll find yourself helping big agencies when you should be taking a stand. Canadians sadly are not unlike the Good Little Germans during WWII who helped the Gestapo find "enemies of the state".
