If they wanted to pay more in taxes, they would do so. Nothing stops people from choosing to give money to the government. The IRS will not FORCE you to take a refund if you don't want it, nor will they make you file in a certain way to minimize taxes if you choose not to.

What Bernie's followers want is to feel like OTHER people are paying more in taxes.
