yes, the deficit is down and thats a good thing. But the fact remains that obama has added 7 trillion to the debt in 5 years and will add another 3 in his remaining 3 years. He will have added more to the debt than all previous presidents combined.

the president signs budget and appropriation bills. his signature authorizes the spending. 7 trillion in debt belongs to obama.

Mandatory spending accounts for over 60% of the budget.

why is any of it "mandatory" ? Is it mandatory that we keep SS payments at their current level? is it mandatory that we fund DOD at its current level? is it mandatory that we pay senators, congressman, and their staffs ridiculous amounts of money and give them free retirement and medical care? Is it mandatory that we raise the amount of food stamp payments every year?

NONE of this is mandatory------------cut everything in the govt by 25%, across the board, no exceptions. Balance the budget.

I am a realist, don't associate me with any party ... Being black is way down on the list for the reasons I dislike Obama, he was not presidential material and has proven so as time has went by. His policies were / are flawed and will do much more harm to the country than the fact he is black.

As far as "being black" I would vote for Dr. Ben Carson, Herman Cain, J.C. Watt, Allen West, (by the way all blacks...) they have all far better and more extensive experiences than Obama!
But as I've said most white voters didn't vote for Obama because they liked him in spite of his inexperience.. they voted because they had only one reason
in their finite limited knowledge one reason...they didn't want to think they were 'racist"!
