California bans all students traveling to 'Anti-Gay' states
-----------------------------------------------------------------

There's something to be said here, but what it is exactly is way to out there . Who are they to ban these students just because a state is Anti gay Hmmmm. Boy Obama has caused a division among this Country like we have never seen before. It's getting more and more sickening with each breath.

Wonder what an anti-gay state is ??

Gays are everywhere. Lesbo's too.

They constitute 10% of any population anywhere.

California has to ban them from going because their laws say they can not go there so in turn they have to BAN them from going. ..................

The document says the law is necessary to comply with the state’s existing government code which says that “California must take action to avoid supporting or financing discrimination against lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender people”.

Whhhut? LOL You are friggin CRAZY. At the very most, it's 1%. The only place that has a high percentage of gays is prison.... which should tell you something about gays.

The joke is on the students.

No one wants Californians anywhere around their states.

You beat me too it! I was going to say exactly that. Keep the crazy rump rangers pinned up in California. Why the heck would anyone else want those jerk-burgers in their state?

Every time I meet a California kid, I know it before they tell me. Lazy, useless, pot smoking, maggot head. If they show up for work on time, you'd pass out from shock, and then quickly recover when you realize they still are not working.

Just my experience. Sorry if that offends.

Andy, What it tells you is about prisons, not gays... and your estimate of 1% is uninformed.
A quick look at Google Scholar turned up a study that found, in the USA, 20.8% of males and 17.8% of females '...report either homosexual behavior or homosexual attraction since age 15.'
But maybe Google Scholar is a bit too high-brow for you, and you get your information from bronze-age mythology...

That just tells you about today's soft, weak society ran by feminazis. I agree, there are a large number of beta males out there, but just because they say or act like they "swing the other way" doesn't make it true.

No. No. Not the prisons. It's the gays.

No sorry. lol.... 20% of males? 17% of females? LOL... no. No no. You are full of it. If you found something on google scholar, that's BS too then. All that does is discredit google scholar.

No, sorry. Your BS smells all the way to Ohio.

The categorization is from Kinsey's work and is based on whether one has had, from the age of 16 to 55 at least three years where the sex they had was "predominately" homosexual. So those other 36 years of predominately heterosexual sex just doesnt count?

And even then they only netted a around10%.

Basing the percentage on self-identification, it is only 1% to 1.5% self identify as homosexual.

The National Survey of Sexual Attitudes and Lifestyles (Natsal) is the most reliable source of information on what Britons do in private, and has taken place every 10 years since 1990. Natsal-3, from around 2010, asked which “best describes how you think of yourself”: a) heterosexual/straight; b) gay/lesbian; c) bisexual, d) other?

Over an age-range from 16 to 74, 1% of women and 1.5% of men consider themselves gay/lesbian, and 1.4% of women and 1% of men think of themselves as bisexual. But there is a clear gradient with age, with a much higher proportion in younger people, particularly in younger women: the percentage for women between 16 and 24 jumps nearly fourfold.

Sexual identity is also now part of official government statistics. As part of its huge household survey, the Office for National Statistics (ONS) found 1.1% reported their identity as gay or lesbian – roughly the same as Natsal.

California hasn't "banned" anything.

They will not pay to send students to those states. That's all. No ban involved.
To me, that is still wrong when them states can be known for things that are actually more important and perhaps even more educational in the grand scheme.

God bless you always!!!
