Did the public or did Congress expel Al Franken or John Conyers? Nope: They quit on their own volition. They were so fucking guilty that they wouldn't even take advantage of their rights to "presumption of innocence."
Roy Moore on the other hand, has maintained his innocence and by God, unless it can be proven, he will remain a Senator.
