Buttery Tuna Spaghetti....three ingredients...

Bet you can't guess what they are.

This popped up in my feed today and I can't wait to try it.

Half stick of butter.
2 small cans of tuna in olive oil
One pound of spaghetti.

Got something else lined up for tonight...but this tomorrow for sure.

Garlic, or hard pass for me. I mean, I'd try it. (with garlic)

I can even see gettin' fancy with some sun-dried tomatos + extra can of tuna.

Then again, I experiment. Not everything comes out good, but most do.

The latest thing that was good was sausage gravy made with sauteed onions and mixed vegetables. (and garlic powder)

We got cheap, hillbilly ingredients and I'm no chef so you can imagine the misery here at dinnertime.

Keeps it from gettin all clumpy. I rinse and slather pasta with olive oil anyway.

I'd do this OP recipe with an extra can of tuna, (solid white albacore) frozen green peas, (because fuck you, that's why)

garlic, and sun-dried tomatoes. Topped with grated Parmesan and Romano mix.

Don't break tuna up with a fork.

You flake it by rolling it between your thumb and 1st 2 fingers. I learned that from a black chef from Georgia.

Then screed your hands off and wash them. You can't really flake tuna properly with a fork. Tuna is very dry and you

want the oil/mayo to touch all of it or you'll have dry bites.
