Given that the unfunded cost of Medicare part d is in 100's of billions as far as the eye can see and that the cost of this one-time emergency UE funding is 10 billion, I'd say yes, there are differences in the magnitudes of fiscal irresponsibilities .

And the reason you do not agree with using borrowed money we already have but are not using?
Why take from our soldiers or farmers or create an export issue for our manufacturers (a tarrif on imports will likely result in some kind of retaliation)

The stimulus was supposed to keep unemployment below 8.1%..........it didnt...so it would make sense to use unused stimulus money to help those that believed they would be employed thanks to the stimulus.
