    OOPS. He did it again!

'Senate Budget Committee chairman Kent Conrad (D., N.D.) will not draft a Democratic budget before the 2012 election, he announced Tuesday.'

'Senate Democratic leaders on Friday said they do not intend to bring a fiscal 2013 budget up for a floor vote.

"We do not need to bring a budget to the floor this year -- it's done, we don't need to do it," Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV) told reporters on Friday.'

In response to the Senate Budget Committee’s refusal to mark up and vote on a budget, House Budget Committee Chairman Paul Ryan issued the following statement:

“I am disappointed to learn that Senate Budget Committee Chairman Kent Conrad will not follow through on his commitment to advance a budget. The Democrat-controlled Senate’s ongoing failure to pass a budget has become one of the most embarrassing spectacles in Washington. A budget is the most basic function of government, and today’s decision by Chairman Conrad to shrink from responsibility and accountability is especially perilous given the debt-fueled economic crisis staring us in the face. This unserious approach to budgeting has serious consequences for Americans families.

“It has been three years since Chairman Conrad last advanced a budget through the U.S. Senate. That budget from 2009 accelerated the looming debt crisis by helping to jam a massive health care overhaul into law on a partisan basis.

The President and his party’s leaders are now insisting that Washington take trillions of dollars from hardworking Americans in an effort to lock in ever-higher government spending. True bipartisan solutions require the removal of partisan roadblocks like the President’s health care law and principled leadership willing to address the drivers of the debt.'

This is ridiculous. The fundamental commitment of this Congress and leadership is to present a budget for this country and it has failed FOR THREE YEARS! AND WHERE IS THE PRESIDENT INSISTING FISCAL RESPONSIBILITY ON THIS ISSUE?

    Reid says 'F THAT.'

He would much, much rather have Obama attempt to run the country by emergency decree.

    Worst Ever.

Budgets? We don't need to stinkin' budgets. Laws? We don't have to follow no stinkin' laws.

The U.S., whith President Obama hates is the U.S. of laws and not of a man.

Is it still a requirement that wingnuts take stupid pills every morning just in case a thought comes to them? We have a budget and isn't your boy Mitty gonna win and pretty much screw old people, children, and the poor as republicans do so well? Ryan has no heart no soul and he's funny looking too.

When Mitty comes to town, you fools will be in trouble too.

May the laws he chooses to violate today, come down on him and his bandito compatriots in congress like an avalanche the day after they no longer write or enforce them.

Well of course they don't want a budget.

Its an election year. If they put forth a budget then everyone will see just exactly how they want to screw the taxpayer for another year.
