The "planting evidence' fucking lie just got exposed.
It is clear on the video that the cop ONLY went back and picked up the Taser AFTER another cop was standing over the dead man's body. The cop was in no way attempting to 'hide' the fact that he threw the Taser onto the ground right in front of the other cop.
What did Slger tell the other cop? "Whatever you do don't tell anyone I 'planted' the Taser beside the body". Ya fucking right.
And now the truth starts to come out.
Scott got into a fight with Slager. According to an eyewitness both men were "on the ground with Scott over top of Slager.
This once again is going to prove that a negro ran from a cop. Got into a fight with a cop. In this case got hold of the Taser and shot Slager with it as is conclusively proven on the video tape. Scott get's up and runs. Slager shot a fleeing Class A felon while attempting to escape.
The GJ is going to take 30 minutes to rule on this.
Oh ya. The defense is going to be able to prove Slager received wounds from the Taser used against him. Don't you know when someone is charged with any serious crime that person is completely strip searched and photos are taken of any physical injuries and marks made to their body?

I've got air tasers like the one the cop has (there are minor differences) and I've made an extensive study of how they work because we consider them to be our first line of defense. If the cop had been tased, he would have been on the ground.

If you studied how tasers you would know that the most effective area to target is the upper torso. The cop probably was wearing protective vest thus the penetration of taser needles may have been less, therefore, rendering inadequate voltage through relatively smaller contact surfaces to knock the cop off his feet. Ask for your money back from that study course because you did not learn shit.

The cop murdered Scott because he was black. No other reason.

If the Taser didn't injure Slager then the photos of the damage to his vest will prove he was shot with a Taser. Either way Slager was hit with a Taser caused by Scott. The wires in the video are plainly obvious. That's 'Intent'. Makes no difference. It's still Felony Evading. Commit a felony on a cop you're likely to 'get dead'.
Note how Scott 'the old fat out of shape man" ran the length of a football field then get's into a fight with Slager which continues for the length of another football field before Scott grabs the Taser and uses it on Slager.
Be assured the GJ will know all this.
