It's just so pitiful.

This is why so many serial killers run free to kill for so long. Like Gacy- he picked mostly "throwaway" young men that wouldn't be missed or if missed- there wouldn't be much effort to find them for whatever reason. The thing that really got Gacy got was killing a young man that "mattered"
