Tillerson's announcement yesterday that the US would employ military options poses a grave risk to S.Korea however.
The North is crazy enough to bomb their capitol city of Seoul.
So anything that the USA does against N.Korea will result in N.Korean retaliation against S.Korea.
This quandary is ironic.
