This consumerism-ideals parable was inspired by the culture-diorama films Big Night, Toys, and Robots.

There's no reason consumerism can't be...Apologetics!

A galactic superhero named Metal-Man was conceived in Japan and went on a consumerism crusade to tackle the consumerism-vanities that made kitchen appliances for women looking to make cooking (and life itself!) easier somewhat dangerous. Metal-Man investigated the safety precautions/instructions associated with the proper use of the Ninja Blender, electric can-openers, and high-powered toasters, but what drew his special attention was something more 'classic/rustic' --- the Indian boti. The 'boti' was a basic floor-blade attached to a piece of wood which made the cutting of meats and vegetables very very easy, but the blade and its curvature were so deadly, that Metal-Man worried about women keeping such a 'tool' lying around on the kitchen floor!

Because the boti was a floor-device, women would use their feet to hold the wood down while cutting foods with the blade with their hands. This procedure was not altogether ideal, since accidents could occur, and women could potentially slice their feet while working the darn thing. Metal-Man realized that a complete analytical overhaul was necessary to properly 'situate' this kitchen-technology (albeit very basic) in the halls of cooking hardware. Metal-Man reasoned that if the boti was not properly 'hoisted' archaeologically and 'philosophically,' the diligence and labors put in by countless women in India using the device to cook for their households would go simply unappreciated!

Metal-Man made mathematical schematics and geometric angles and line-rotation diagrams conveying the proper use and care of the Indian boti. He then presented it to a hall of trustees at a Japanese kitchen consumer board, and the board was very impressed. Metal-Man then carried his report and notes to America, where he made a presentation to Consumer Reports, and because they were impressed, they amended their evaluations of the development of kitchen hardware. Metal-Man drew the ire of a nefarious capitalism-baron in India named Kingpin who plotted to smear the hero's name so he could exploit peoples' fears about consumerism laziness. This engagement between Metal-Man and Kingpin would become an 'Evangelism Democracy.'
