Isnt that very naiv to have a law that says (born in USA=US citizenship). Thahtmeans that anyone can go their and just have kids and get welfare. Other countries dont give citizenship, why not just send them back to their countries?Is it a reason for that law, it seems very stupid and naiv to have a law like that. At the same time is it very hard to come their and look for work as a foreigner.

Why not make it easier for workers to come to US thath contributes ,and send those kids back that abuses welfare.

Most children of ILEGAL immigrants ARE on welfare. Where do some of you live??? Not only that, but because those children were born here the parents qualify for food stamps - and that goes for anybody having children born in the USA.

It cannot get much easier than the H-2a visas that allow farmers unlimited supply of farm workers but farmers don't want to follow the rule but want cheap illegal labor.
Almost of million are allow entry on legal visas each year.

You are right but most illegal aliens are uneducated low income earners and have atleast one anchor baby and that baby quality for a monatary welfare grant, food stamps, medicaid and subsidized housing. Once you have an anchor baby and a live in worker you hit the jackpot at the expense of the american tax payers. Illegal aliens pay very little in taxes if any because they are low wage earners and get tax credits.

States where immigrant households with children have the highest welfare use rates are Arizona (62%), Texas, California and New York with 61% each and Pennsylvania(59%).The study focused on eight major welfare programs that cost the government $517 billion the year they were examined. They include Supplemental Security Income (SSI) for the disabled, Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF), a nutritional program known as Women, Infants and Children (WIC), food stamps, free/reduced school lunch, public housing and health insurance for the poor (Medicaid).Food assistance and Medicaid are the programs most commonly used by illegal immigrants, mainly on behalf of their American-born children who get automatic citizenship. On the other hand, legal immigrant households take advantage of every available welfare program, according to the study, which attributes it to low education level and resulting low income.The highest rate of welfare recipients come from the Dominican Republic (82 %), Mexico and Guatemala (75%) and Ecuador (70%), according to the report, which says welfare use tends to be high for both new arrivals and established residents.

The parents, citizens or none citizens, only the children. You have to have a child to qualify for AFDC.

Because other countries aren’t a Republic with a Constitution containing a 14th Amendment establishing citizenship at birth and requiring due process for all persons, including immigrants alleged to be undocumented.
