Sorry, but the facts are this...affluent white kids are generally abducted by strangers which makes it much more newsworthy than the poor lost children of poor, drug addicted losers whose children come up missing because they either let them roam the streets without supervision, leave them alone in their apartments without supervision, sell them, or let them stay with sex offenders and strangers while they're out getting their next fix.

It doesn't make the news because everyone knows that if you leave your child with strangers, sex offenders, or let them wander around without supervision, something is likely to happen to them.

However in a stable and average household, where the kids ARE monitored and aren't left in the care of strangers or worse, nobody at all, it IS news when somebody snatches a fairly secure child who has resopnsible people looking after it.

Are you implying that all black children who get abducted are children of drug addicted, irresponsible children? If so, please post facts to back this up and are you assuming and or giving the impression that affluent white parents are somehow more less irresponsible and just plain unlucky? With all the money they have why are their children getting abducted. Newsflash Allie, child abduction isn't about economics and its strikes responsible and irresponsible children alike and regardless of those circumstances a missing child is a missing child and law enforcement should be doing all they can to find these children.
