I did advocate a bipartisan Healthcare Bill. It was the Republicans who refused the compromise

I adocated compromise on every major issue if the Republicans would in turn vote for the bipartisan legislation. When it turned out the Republicans were only interested in obstructing progress, I advocated saying "fuck-em get it done"

In a recent poll, Congress got a 13% approval rating and since the last decade Congress's approval ratings have been going down due to GRIDLOCK! Poll after poll show that people want things done and DON'T want gridlock. The people who want gridlock are those who put their ideology over what's best for the country. That applies to the Dems who seem to forget that they have a history of using gridlock. This also applies to the GOP wants to use gridlock to accomplish their Number One goal, make Obama a one-term president.

compromising gets things done.....your way they are sitting and staring at each other....

Compromise does get thing done, but usually not good things. The left has wanted to remake the US into their socialist utopia for 46 years. Complete Democrat control would have accomplished that goal in ten years. Compromise has only slowed the incremental progress towards that goal.
I for one an happy with the GOP being called the party of no. No more socialist programs no more rewarding laziness. No more imagined "freedoms". The GOP has to insist on incremental return to what the founders intended.
