Big waves at the beach today

So we didn't go down to the water. Logs were being thrown up on the beach and the water was high. So we hung back on the dunes. Whoops I was going to post pics but they're on my phone.

Miss California for the sea. Could hop on BART and be on a beach in under an hour most of my life. Landlocked now and it kinda sucks. Even more because it's so incredibly flat around here. At least inland in California you had mountains in the distance especially in Milpitas where I grew up. Huge ones.
