You know what it mostly is? It is a violation of sanctions against Iran. We violated sanctions against Iran. There is no other way to describe it. Biden needs to pay the price for violating sanctions.

This time Biden is taking action in an attempt to encourage repairing relatiions with Iran.. It would be a wise move but it's likely too late already.

Biden is at least listening to good advice and will take credit for any foreign policy effects that are intended to come from America's change of approach on Iran.

Obama was on the right track with Iran, but his foresight was ahead of his time. Trump destroyed the nuclear deal with Iran and now Biden is left holding the bag. 6 billion is only an insignificant down payment on what Iran (backed by the Brics) expects now.
