Persons prohibited from possessing a firearm per a background check are afforded the right to appeal any denial or delay, providing full and comprehensive due process rights to prohibited persons, in no way ‘violating’ the Second or Fifth Amendments.

Show us the "requires a background check" clause in the 2nd Amendment.

If these people are so dangerous they cannot be trusted with a gun or to fly on an airplane, they should be in jail - no indictment, no charges, no trial - just toss them in jail.

Yes...what the left wants is to put people on one of these lists and they will cease to exist as a person.....they have a lot of practice at doing that......just ask the Jews, and anyone living under communism.........

Once you are put on the list.....the government should be able to do whatever they want to you.....
