Every person who joins the Armed Forces is schooled in the Uniform Code of Military Justice.

Their deaths were not included in the charges against Bergdahl which are very significant. Real justice will not be served until he is charged with these deaths!

Discharge ( correct spelling ) I served in the Northern I Corps of Vietnam as an Infantry Fire Team Leader with the 1st Bn 4th Marines. Honorable Discharge.

Don't let the left (who never cared for the Military) make a claim that "we never leave a Soldier on the battlefield" when they refer to Bergdahl. We left deserters in every war from WW1 to Korea. Oswald deserted and went to Russia and nobody in their right mind ever suggested that we trade half a dozen Russian generals (if we had them) to get his sorry ass back.

YES, of course he was worth getting back... to think otherwise is UnAmerican and goes against ''leaving no man behind'',

and of course there is the tiny little fact that he was not charged with desertion or convicted of such, when we worked the deal,

and the pesky little fact that hundreds of Guantanamo prisoners have been released or transferred out of Gitmo, 500 from the Bush era, many of which were high level prisoners, without any American prisoner release or trade...just simply transferred out of Gitmo....so yeah, this was one positive transaction, and for the good of our country...

other than the deplorable right wing twisting and turning and spinning of it....AFTER they were complaining that Obama hadn't brought him home yet.
